A recent situation occurred in which one of our client’s homes caught on fire. Engulfed in flames, this family’s home was almost completely destroyed. Most importantly though, no one was not injured in the fire. The scene of a disaster like this can be a chaotic event. A member of our team arrived at the scene to help calm our client and provide guidance. From walking through the property with the claims adjuster to helping select the disaster recovery team, it was our job to be there for this family every step of the way.
