I have been working with Jared at Keller National for 3-4 years. Any policy you can think of Jared has earned my business through his professionalism, responsiveness, and overall genuine demeanor. Just last week I sustained some damage to my front windshield that will require a brand new windshield. Me not knowing if I had coverage or not for this specific incident I shot Jared a text and he quickly followed up with a phone call to let me know that Erie had recently adopted a new policy *Full Auto Glass Coverage and that he added it to both vehicles on my policy and that I would have a $0 deductible. I was relieved to know that Jared had my back because I was about to pay $500 for a new windshield! Would highly recommend not only Keller National, but Jared to anyone looking to purchase a policy for their Auto, Home, Life, Property etc.

I have a new start up trucking business. The agent that primarily helped me was Jared. He was a native of the town he was polite and extremely helpful. I needed my insurance immediately which sometimes is not as easy and Jared worked after hours to make sure I had the coverage I needed. Another polite employee was Alex. I appreciate the customer service they provided and the great rates I was quoted. I would recommend them again and thanks again Keller National!
