I spoke to a young lady who explained things very well. She was very patient in answering my questions and listening to my comments. Erie Insurance was recommended to me. Erin Webb --- is who I talked to. I also spoke briefly to a very nice young man. Keller employs nice ppl !

Generally you get back to me in a timly manor and are aware of the differences across state lines.
It would improve ky experiance if any time I called I could get someone who can work on my account, but to date it has never caused a lapse or other issue really so it's not a big deal, and I'm not sure how many New Yorkers you really deal with?
Happy to have kept the same company and not have to switch again for my move. So for that I am grateful!
