Keller National Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy when you visit our site.  If you want to be an anonymous visitor, you can be.  In certain limited circumstances described below, we may need personal information from you.  If you provide this information to us, we will handle it as set forth in the policy.

While visiting our site, all of the pages you viewed on our site are logged by our computer systems.  This information is sent automatically by your Internet Browser and include your browser type, your Internet address and the pages you visited.  Neither your name nor your street address is known or logged by our systems.  We currently use, or may use in the future, other tools to monitor internet traffic.

If you request insurance policy information, an insurance policy quote, or initiate an insurance claim with us, we will be required to disclose your personal information to our insurance carriers.  Since your credit score may impact your insurance rates, for quotations, our insurance companies may perform a credit check using your personal information to determine your insurance premium.  Usage of that data is governed by our insurance carrier privacy policies.  We can, at your request, provide you with Internet links to our carrier privacy polices.

We will not share your information with non-affiliated third parties.

If you have insurance policies with us, we may use your information to contact you to provide periodic reviews of your insurance coverage.  Although we recommend these periodic reviews, you may “opt-out” or otherwise modify the frequency or type of contact desired.

This Site contains links to other websites. The operators of those other websites may collect information about you, through cookies or other technologies. If you link to another website, you will leave Keller National and this Online Privacy Policy will not apply to your use of and activity on those other sites.
If you provide personal information through any other site, your transaction will occur on that website (not Keller National) and the personal information you provide will be collected by, and controlled by, the privacy policy of that website operator. Links on the Site to other websites are provided only as a convenience, and the inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement of the linked site. We encourage you to read the legal notice posted on those sites, including their privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for your visitation to, and the data collection and use practices of, other sites.
We may use your information to provide you periodic general interest newsletter updates.  You may “opt-out” of these updates at anytime.  We will honor these requests and will remove your information from such mailings within reasonable business periods.

If you receive an email or other correspondence requesting that you provide any sensitive information (including your password or social security number) via email or to a website that does not seem to be affiliated with the Keller National or that otherwise seems suspicious to you, please do not provide such information.  Report such occurrences to Keller National at 216-965-0646.  We may request copies of the original email or other electronic information to determine the source of such information and take further actions to mitigate ongoing risks to you or other users of our site.

A note to parents: if your children visit our site and find useful information on it, we are flattered.  However, please do not let your children submit their personal information to us over the internet.  Rather, submit it to us on their behalf, if you deem it appropriate.
